Serve the community while you study! Within walking distance of two of Montreal’s four major universities (and easy commute of the other two), the Student Residence provides both a home and a program of social action to bring your education outside of academia!
The Student Residence of the Maison de l’amitié seeks to provide lodging for young people who wish to experience community living and social action in a Christian and Peace church context. The Maison de l'amitié Residence welcomes Christian students and those students who respect the Christian faith.
The Maison de l’amitié is a work of the Mennonite church in Montreal, and reflects the following principles:
- We are called to be agents of God’s love in a broken world.
- We are called to be a community of reconciliation and mutual service, where those seeking and those giving help all find healing and wholeness.
- We are called to be peacemakers, working non-violently for justice in our community.
